I booked the room through a third party and they made a mistake on the style of room that they marketed, We ended up taking one of there more basic rooms because we were told that’s all they had left instead of the nicer room that we had already paid for. I probably would have never said anything to the manager the next morning except that the room we stayed in ended up being rather noisy and we didn’t have a very good night because of it. When I mentioned it to Tim at the front desk the next morning he promptly told me how he was going to take care of it for us, He went up and above what I was expecting, I was very happy with how we were treated, We will certainly be staying here again! Thanks is Tim for your kindness and help!
Very helpful staff. Room was large (handicap). Breakfast was better than most hotels. Located in an area with other hotel but not walkable.
This was by far, the nicest, cleanest, and professional Best Western that I've ever stayed in. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. My son dropped his phone down the elevator shaft and within a few days they called and retrieved it, then had it shipped home back to Tennessee. It is uncommon these days for hotels to really go the extra mile. I highly recommend - the pool is also amazing as well as the location, central to dining and shopping needs.
Had a great stay! Staff were all super nice. I checked out at 3am and when I got to the airport I realized I left something in the room. I called the front desk and after waiting a few minutes he was able to locate my forgotten item. He assisted me with shipping it back home. Such a great experience!!

Lovely stay! Very clean room & bathroom. Super comfortable bed. Awesome & prompt check-in process. The gentleman that checked me in was super friendly even though it was late as I checked in after a work event. I will certainly stay here again in the future.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean, and the entire hotel is clearly well maintained—they really pay attention to every detail. The housekeeping staff was super friendly and always smiling, and the front desk team was amazing, especially Tim and Antonio. They treated me so well and made me feel right at home. One of my favorite things was having access to delicious coffee at any time of the day. I’ll definitely be coming back!
This is our “go-to” property whenever we come to Sarasota! Very clean, updated and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and perfect for families traveling with children. The amenities are wonderful! Convenient location right off the highway, close to numerous restaurants, UTC Area, and just a few miles from downtown/Bayfront. The pool area is wonderful and very well maintained. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Especially Tim at the front desk! Nicest guy and so welcoming!
